Marco Fioretti
I'm one of the speakers at the Conference, you can read about my work at http://mfioretti.com. One of the reasons why I look forward to be in Prishtina is to meet in person Free SW advocates and users, even outside of the "official" event. Important: while in the request below I say "Kosova", the invitation itself is valid no matter what your country is! The point is I'd like to take advantage of the congress to know more about FOSS wherever in the world! I would like to meet people in person (think to "flash interviews") to know as much as possible about FOSS in Kosova, especially topics, problems and projects which won't be presented at the conference. Both technical and not technical (education, social development, public administrations...) information is welcome. While I cannot guarantee publication anywhere, I want to gather as much material as possible to write articles, both on my own website and on international portals, which present to the rest of the world what's happening in this country.
As an example of what I mean, please have a look at my website or at these two articles, which I wrote thanks to my participation at a FOSS event in Ecuador last year:

http://blog.p2pfoundation.net/democratizacion-of-knowledge-p2p-alternatives-and-more-in-ecuador/2008/11/05

So if you'll be in Prishtina between Aug 28 and Aug 30, or even close to Tirana Airport on the morning of August 31st, and would like to that a bit about FOSS, please write me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Thank you in advance,
Marco Fioretti

David is a co-founder of MUK.
MUK is a youth non-governmental organization formed in 2002 for media, art and culture and based in Laktasi, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.NGO MUK Laktasi was founded to bring people together, to bring Bosnia and Herzegovina closer to European integration and to persuade and encourage Europe to invest in this resourceful country and to create a safer environment for people who live in BiH and for those who live in the Diaspora who spend 95% of their spare time trying to overcome the nostalgia of not being back in their home country.Re-building civil society is an essential element of re-constructing BIH as a peaceful, forward thinking country. However, years of war, economic destruction and ethnic hatred cannot easily be erased. By focusing on promotion of multiculturalism and anti-racism through new media as well as working on specific communal activities young people will be able to meet and work with each other, to their common benefits.David will be blogging using a wide range of Social Media tools from SFK09.
