The Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology(STIKK)
The Kosovo
Association of Information and Communication Technology (STIKK) was established in 2006, and currently has over 65 members thus representing 80 percent of the ICT sector in the country. University of Prishtina (UP)
With some 30,000 students, it is the biggest university in Kosovo,
covering all areas of study. Faculty of Electrical and Computer
Engineering (FIEK) is attended by around 1,500 students. The Faculty
engages 27 full-time teachers and assistants and 41 part-time teachers

Arianit Dobroshi - is Conference co-chair. He is the president of the board of FLOSS Kosova, in which position he is directly in charge of all the initiatives undertaken by the organization. His other love is aviation.
James Mike Dupont - is founder of FLOSSK and Software Freeedom Kosova Conference. He is a professional software developer of business systems in C/C++, SQL, XML and Perl with a emphasis on systems programming, compiler technology and database design.
Shkumbin Brestovci - is Member of the Board of FLOSS Kosova. Bresta is general director at Rrota, a successful web and design company in Kosovo. Bresta is a long term IT and open source enthusiast working on Wikipedia, Creative Commons and a wide range of other OSS initiatives.
Bernard Nikaj - lectures on Project Management at FIEK and and chair of the previous two conferences. He holds a MSc. in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems (ADMIS) from the London School of Economics (LSE) and is interested in a wide range of topics including open source use in e-government, organizational change, social innovation and STS studies.
From STIKK:
Vjollca Cavolli is the Executive Director of the Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology. Her main responsibilities are to promote STIKK vision and works in achieving the organization's mission statement; Acts on behalf of STIKK and represents the organization; Ensures organization's non-profit principles are maintained, act in an unbiased manner and in the interest of all STIKK members; Liaises and coordinates between the Board of Directors, members and external partners; Drafts organization's strategic documents, action plans and project proposals; Performs overall oversight and management responsibilities in regard to all STIKK activities including human resources, financial, and operational.
Bardh Kadiu is Project Manager at the Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology (STIKK) for more than a year.
Bardh Shkreli - Intellectual Property Rights consultant. Works at Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology (STIKK).
From University of Prishtina:
Lule Ahmedi - is the co-founder of the conference and a general chairsince its foundation. She received her PhD in computer science at University of Freiburg, Germany, where she also did teaching and research for longer then five years as a member of the Databases and Information Systems Department. Since 2005 she has been working as Assistant Professor at University of Prishtina, Kosovo, and a Visiting
Lecturer at South East European University, Macedonia. Dr. Ahmedi is author of several referred papers in renowned international conferences. Ahmedi's current research interests cover the fields of Semantic Web, Ontologies, Logic Rules, Databases and XML Technologies.
Myzafere Limani - is dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the UP. She holds a Ph.D. in Electricalal Engineering.
Blerim Rexha - is professor at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the UP. Dr. Rexha has also served as Deputy-Minister of Energy in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Valon Raça - is assistant professor at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the UP and a doctoral student.
