How to Get to Prishtina - By Plane

To Prishtina (Kosova)
Prishtina‘s modern international airport (PRN, http://www.airportpristina.com) is 15km from the city centre. Taxi ride to the centre takes about 20 minutes and costs 10-15 EUR if you order a radiotaxi by phone (Radio Taxi Victoria (038)/555-333; Radio Taxi Titanic (038)/232-322), 20-25 EUR if you take one waiting outside.
The airport bus from right outside the arrivals terminal to the Grand Hotel in the city centre departs daily at 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00 and 18:00; a ticket costs 3 EUR and can be purchased on the bus.

To Belgrade (Serbia)
There are shuttle busses to the city center from the airport. These will pick up and drop off passengers at the Hotel Slavija and the central train station. The fares are about 200 RSD (~€2.50) for the Jat shuttle, and 80 RSD (~€1) for the Lasta bus.
There is also city bus service to and from the airport. Line #72 from Zeleni Venac in central Belgrade runs twice an hour, and costs 45 dinars (~€0.5). The trip is around 40 minutes, but is decidedly less comfortable than a shuttle bus or taxi. A more comfortable city bus option is the E7 minibus, going from the airport to Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard in the city center, stopping at the major hotels (Continental, Hyatt and Park) along the way. The buses are comfortable and air-conditioned. The fare is 60 RSD (~€0.75), which is paid on-board; be sure to tell the driver what your destination is before departure.

To Thessalonica (Greece)
If your goal is to get out to the airport, hop on bus 78. It connects the airport with the bus station ("Ktel"), passing by the train station ("OSE") and a ticket cost 0.50€ if you buy it from the kiosk (0.60 if you buy it from the automatic ticket vendor, exact change needed). It's about a 25 minute ride. You can take this same bus back from the airport. There is also a night bus (numbered 78N) that takes the same route, and it runs all night every half an hour, for the same ticket price.
A taxi ride from the city center costs about 10-12 Euros - it's hard to find one during peak hours (7-8 am, 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm), so plan early!
